All items are made to order and posted out second class. Please allow 5 workings days for dispatch then a further 2-4 working days for a delivery attempt.

I will provide you with a code to remove shipping at the checkout and so I know you want to collect from an event/market. Please also leave your chosen market/event in the notes section at the checkout. Please note the 5 working days still apply for these orders so you would need to place your order at least 5 working days before your chosen event/market. E.g. You want to collect from a market on a Sunday you would need to place your order the Monday before.

If you don't love your item we can accept returns up to 2 weeks after delivery if the item hasn't been worn/used! However if you've chosen custom colours/designs we can't accept returns.

Customers will be required to cover return costs, unless the item is faulty.
